Erik W. Taylor

Erik Taylor specializes in public affairs, advising clients on communications strategy, media relations, community relations, coalition development, and grassroots mobilization. He also provides government relations and issues management services.

Over the past decade, Erik has managed substantial legislative initiatives and issue advocacy campaigns. In addition, he has been active in state and federal political campaigns.

Prior to his work with Elevare Communications, Erik managed public affairs and government relations for Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, one of New Hampshire’s premiere lobbying firms.  He also worked as a communications specialist with a public relations firm in Washington, DC, and as a journalist for two New Hampshire newspapers.






Richard Killion

Rich Killion specializes in issue, candidate, and fundraising campaign management for individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations. Rich also advises clients on earned and paid media strategies, grassroots mobilization, crisis communications and community relations activities.

Rich has been active in grassroots initiatives and campaigns in New Hampshire. He was campaign manager for Bruce Keough's gubernatorial bid in the 2002 New Hampshire Republican primary and is the former Executive Director of N.H. Citizens for A Sound Economy.

Rich also served as Director of the Marlin Fitzwater Center for Communication, the Director of the Franklin Pierce College Polling Institute, and was Capital Campaign Director for the college's first multi-million dollar fundraising campaign.

Recently recognized by The Union Leader in its "40 Under 40" series of New Hampshire's emerging leaders, Rich is frequently sought to comment on politics and elections.  His public opinion surveys and policy/political/grassroots activities have been addressed by hundreds of regional, national and international media outlets.
